Translation
There is a wealth of important and valuable information that is still hidden from most Cambodians, because it has not yet been translated into Khmer. One of our most important projects at PRIME is to make sure that the best economics and public policy ideas are available in the Khmer language so that everybody can learn.
One example of our translation work is the video story of Edgar the Exploiter (originally created by Thomasz Kaye), which looks at how different wage regulations can impact on different types of workers.
Our first print translation was the public policy book "Why Liberty: Your Life, Your Choices, Your Future" edited by PRIME board member Dr Tom Palmer. In addition to three chapters by Palmer, and a chapter by author, journalist, and commentator John Stossel, the book includes a number of chapters from leaders in the Students for Liberty network.
Our translation project is an ongoing endeavour and a key part of PRIME operations. If you have a book, article, video, or meme that you would like translated into Khmer, then contact Prum Seila on prum.seila@prime-cambodia.org or send a message on our contact page.
