NEWS: Tom Palmer speaking tour

We are pleased to announce that Dr Tom Palmer will be visiting Cambodia as a guest of PRIME to speak at several events.

Dr Palmer is an internationally recognized personality in the fields of public policy, political economy, world affairs, philosophy, political science, public choice, civil society, the moral, legal and individual rights. Currently, he is an Executive Vice President for International Programs at Atlas Network, a Senior Fellow at the Cato Institute and Director of Cato University, and a member of the PRIME board of directors.

Dr Palmer holds B.A. in Liberal Arts, St. John's College; M.A. in philosophy, Catholic University of America and PhD in Politics, Oxford University. He has edited several books such as The Morality of Capitalism and Why Liberty.

This trip to Cambodia is part of Tom's trip to several countries in Sout-East Asia, and in addition to his activitis with PRIME he will be taking the opportunity to visit Angkor Wat.
