NEWS: HCP to build free dorm

Human Capital Project (HCP) is a non-profit organisation that operates in Australia and Cambodia, helping to provide finance for poor students so that they can attend university. This month HCP (along with UME Kampong Cham) announced that they will be building accommodation that will be provided free of charge for female students so that they can pursue higher education. As global evidence continues to show that female education is vital for reducing poverty, PRIME looks forward to cooperating with HCP in the future to help increase our understanding of the education industry and help promote better quality education for more people across Cambodia.
