NEWS: liberty meme competition

On the 14 August 2015 PRIME released the latest of our liberty memes, this time featuring the contoversial Russian-American novelist Ayn Rand. To encourage greater engagement, we ran a competition that encouraged people to share the meme on their facebook wall, and the person who received the most likes would win a collection of economics and policy books -- including Why Liberty, The Morality of Capitalism, and a Khmer language version of the booklet "Why Be Libertarian".
On 18 August 2015 the competition was closed and the winner was announced as Emm Mong Oun Mii (33 likes) though we also decided to award a second prize to Phoung Vanda (30 likes). More prizes will be available next month.
